Yoga Nidra is meditative yoga. You lay on your mat in savasana and close your eyes for 45-60 minutes, while your teacher guides you through meditation. Sessions are done at my Home Office. Stretching prep included, mat and pillow provided for you. Come get relaxed during this hectic time.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 24 hours in advance or a $25 fee will be assessed. We hold your appointment so that another client cannot book in your time slot. Please be considerate when cancelling appointments. Rescheduled appointments are not subject to a fee.
